Welcome to NoorBloom. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and the operator of NoorBloom (“NoorBloom”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the NoorBloom mobile application and all associated services (collectively, the “App” or “Service”).

By downloading, installing, or using NoorBloom, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NoorBloom, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old;
• If you are under 18, you have obtained your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the App;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations;
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration & Security

2.1 Registration Methods

You may create an account using your email address and password, Sign In with Apple, or Sign In with Google.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; (b) all activity that occurs under your account; and (c) ensuring that anyone who uses your account complies with these Terms.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

2.4 Account Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

3.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial, spiritual purposes.

3.2 License Restrictions

You may not sublicense, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App. See the full English version for complete details.

4. Islamic Content & Religious Disclaimer

NoorBloom provides Islamic content for educational, devotional, and personal spiritual growth purposes only. NoorBloom is not a religious authority. For specific theological questions, consult qualified scholars. See the full English version for complete details.

5. Mental Health & AI Disclaimer

NoorBloom is a spiritual wellness app. It is not a medical device, mental health treatment, therapy, or counselling service.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create within NoorBloom. See the full English version for complete details.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, features, software, and trademarks within NoorBloom are owned by NoorBloom or our licensors.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

NoorBloom offers free features and a paid Premium subscription. All payments are processed by Apple’s App Store. See the full English version for complete details.

9. Privacy

Your use of NoorBloom is also governed by our Политика конфиденциальности.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. See the full English version.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100. See the full English version.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NoorBloom from claims arising from your use of the App.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey. See the full English version.

15. Termination

You may stop using NoorBloom and delete your account at any time.

16. Geographic Restrictions

We may update these Terms at any time with at least 14 days’ advance notice.
